By the way, did you mean OTS, as in broken? If the radar is broken, you'll just be giving lots of position reports!!!

[/ QUOTE ]Sure. When you have a whole bunch of mixed airline and general aviation traffic you =can't= see on radar coming into an airport, the first thing you want to do is have =less= control over what they do. Right?
