Limitations for APG? Well you need to be approved for it with your POI and it has to be in your Ops Specs and GOM. Other than that- do you have a specific question regarding APG?
Reliable Fix - You need to compare your GPS/FMS to a fixed point. This can be a VOR/VORDME Radial, and most recently I believe they allow a GPS Based RF now. I would check the newest AC91-70B to get an idea. I recall doing RF or "Navigation Accuracy Checks" by recording it as "RF DBL - 119DEG Radal 20 DME" and stating RF or NAC next to it on the Master Document.
As far as ORCN airspace... maybe ORCA?.
