Why not apply and still go to school? Most likely you won't start OTS before finishing school. By most likely, I mean, you won't! They are still finishing up Feb OTS. Then you have the 2 May OTS and June OTS ahead of you. Applying just puts your application in there one more time. You may get hired faster OTS than CTI after you graduate though. I don't know how they look at applications but I would assume they will go through the first applications first. Could be totally off though!
