Question on Central FL flight schools

Okay, since my loans for ERAU fell through, I'm going to Plan B.

I need about 100 hours to get my Commercial ala Part 61. Anyone know of any schools in central florida (yes, I'm willing to drive about as far from Orlando as Ormond Beach or Tampa) that are Part 141 and might do this w/o the time building part? I have close to 150 hours right now with Private and Instrument ratings. Or is that even possible to go Part 141 and do it in fewer hours. I saw American Flyers has a thing about 'Finishing Up,' but I haven't checked into that.

Also, since I need to build time, I want to have fun doing it. Anyone know of a place that does tailwheel training?
