Ours was 4 days past the due date. I wouldn't have missed it for the world!

Thanks again for the replies. Obviously I don't want to miss this. One reason I got out of the military was to be able to be home (stateside) to start a family and be there for my family when they need me. However, I must still provide for my family and make the right career decisions. Just hoping I make the right one.

If you can be there, by all means be there. If you cannot be there because you're being a provider - don't beat yourself up. Seriously - the baby will love you anyway, whether you are there or come later. Do what you can, but don't be overly stressed by it.

I'm not stressing too much. Just hoping it all works out as I've got a training date now.
