Question About the Age Deadline, 'Cuz It's Gonna Be Close!

I applied to PubNat 6, took the AT-SAT on January 10th, and am awaiting Geographic Preferences. I'm 30 years old now, and will turn 31 on November 5th. From what I gather from other's time lines, it's gonna be close.

Do I have to make it to a certain point in the application process before I turn 31? Can I turn 31 and still be OK if I'm far enough along in the process?

As always, thanks in advance!

PS: if I knew it was going to take this long, I'd have applied years ago!

You need to have your tentative offer letter signed before your 31st birthday. This is done at your PEPC if you choose to attend one. I would highly recommend it especially with your compressed timeline.

You may want to go ahead and make everyone aware possible of your age. Call in to the facilities you want to get chosen at, and make sure they know about it when you're scheduling your PEPCs if there's a chance you may not get the soonest one. It might help push things along for you. No guarantees, of course, but it won't hurt.

Ya definitely contact anyone you can and get your PEPC the first option you have regardless of location. Thats what I am doing There is one that would be cheaper and more convenient but got in asap as I am pushing 31 this year too.
