You can also search for captain positions which I believe pay 65K first year. I think they only recently started hiring first officers, but I'm not too sure.

I just edited it, but I didn't realize they also had Phenoms and TBMs and the ad doesn't specify which plane you'd be an FO on.

Sometimes huge sites like that can be a nightmare to apply hrough. You might want to try and find their chief pilot on linkedin or some of their pilots there and see if they can give you their boss's contact information.
