Typical Cleese getting us all bogged down in tepid Parliamentary nonsense. Betty is offering Direct Monarchical Rule!

But he does have some terrific suggestions...
One of my faves: 15. The cold tasteless stuff you insist on calling beer is not actually beer at all. Henceforth, only proper British Bitter will be referred to as “beer,” and European brews of known and accepted provenance will be referred to as “Lager.” American brands will be referred to as “Near-Frozen Gnat’s Urine,” so that all can be sold without risk of further confusion.

Meh, we make more and better beer than anywhere in the world anymore. The Europeans are importing our micro products to the extent that some of the bigger brands are opening breweries in Europe to help with demand and cost.

This!

All over the world I hear about how bad American beer is.... then I find out they are talking about that Bud Light piss water I don't drink at home. That would be like saying all European beers are represented solely by Becks, Heineken, and Guinness.

I'd invite any Englishman or Deutschlaander to take a pull from any number of small regional breweries like Sierra Nevada, Deschutes river, Bristol, or Great Divide and try to have their nose out of joint about how much better Bass ale or any other such mass produced nonsense is.

i don't trust anyone who prefers their beer at room temp.

You should drink better beer then.
If I'm poured an ice cold anything or anything in a cold glass, my first question is - Is the beer you poured me so terrible you don't want me to taste it? You get to spend the first 10 minutes trying to warm the thing up.

Ice cold ano/or frosted glass is also incorrect. 38-42 degrees is the perfect temp for most beers as this will retain the same amount of carbonation as when first brewed.

Eh.. and warmer the darker the beer is. Also, carbonation happens, more or less, very last in the beer making process. Certainly not during brewing.
