Pubnat 8 GEO's OUT! Post your states!

I had forgotten I had applied...I was really surprised when I saw the email on my phone. I did TX which everyone seems to do and LA. I hoping to get a bite on this....airline job seems to be shortly going down the tubes.

Not quite...it was like a semi-PUBNAT. They asked if people were willing go and if so, please rank the locations they gave you. And I guess based on that, some people weren't picked up and some were. I was one of the "unlucky ones" :(

Hahahaha i feel like that just might work! I'm really accepting and understanding if this doesnt work out. I gave it a shot, tried venues regarding getting into ATC (CTI) and all, but maybe ATC isnt my calling? How funny would it be that after I move on from ATC I get an offer? It'd be more than ironic that's for sure!

Yup. I remember back in the day when I got my AT-SAT email for Pubnat 3 and hoping that the Febots timeline would be typical. I seem to remember the average time from ATSAT to the Academy was around 6-8 months back then.........
 
Still hanging around from PUBNAT1. Got an 84.6 on AT-SAT in 2008. Retested after PUBNAT8 and scored an 89.2. Put CA and MT as my preferences. Anywhere in nation in text box. Would love to work at High Desert Tracon.

Another PUBNAT1 here. I got an 82 and then retested for PUBNAT7 and got an 89. Hoping to get IL, but also willing to do MN.
