I called HR yesterday, and Vanessa over there told me the selection committe meets late april early may. She said usually the Geo-pref emails come out around 1 month before that, but keep checking your email. Also she mentioned that she believes they are combining Pubnat 5&6 together!

This is more of an FYI, and it comes from the person doing my security evaluation. I'm sure it applies for HR as well.
When you get your different forms to sign and send back, try to scan them in to a PDF file if you have the resources. Faxing is not as reliable, and the machine can get jammed/backed up/broken, and you can get a near-instant response from the recipient as to whether or not they received your forms. I tried faxing in some signature forms to the security folks, and while my machine gave me the OK, they never received the fax.
If you have a scanner, go ahead and scan them to PDF format if at all possible, and e-mail those to your reps. It makes it easier for the HR reps and the other folks that work with your application, as they can have the attached documents immediately at their desk.

my apologies. I didn't really think it was a big deal, I sort of figured that certain people would pay most of their attention toward the thread specific to themselves. And, if they did happen to come across it more than once, much like most of the information being repeated from thread to thread, they'd ignore it.

Good point I wasn't sure because I was thinking to myself "How would anyone not related to aviation find out about this (I know there have been alot of media regarding shortages)". I too am a pilot but it still seems like I haven't left 19. I don't want to be too young to be considered.
