Pub Nat 2 PEPC Papers

My brother recently got his PEPC invite for January 28 in LA.

They said they would be emailing him papers and information within a week.

It has been two weeks already and no word. Also, attempts to email and call

FAA people have been unsuccessful. Does anyone have any information or

advice??
