During your training you will take a sort of 'personality and aptitude' test, but it is not required prior to starting training. It is mandatory that people doing the full program take the test, but it is not pass/fail.

Can you really sit down and work on this kind of stuff? I'm kind of introverted in an extroverted kind of way......but I do work on it a few hours a day.....
