Wasn't planning on splitting anything except with the IRS. The new hire gets $15K from the company; the referring employee gets a third of that -- if the new hire makes it through IOE and 6 months of employment.

LOL I graduated from college in 08, the first what 4 or 5 years of my "career" were not a "good time". I'll stand by this being what we've been fighting for, so if guys happen to be ready to take a jump to 121, I'm glad they're able to do it at the best time in recent memory. If he chooses to go to PSA, and a JCer gets a $5k referral bonus, then great. If he goes somewhere else and a JCer gets the bonus there, then great. My point is that the dude has options and there may be a better one than PSA. PSA might also be a perfect fit, who knows. I work there and that is my current assessment of the situation, granted I've been in the desert since February doing the mil thing, so I don't have the most recent word on the street.
