PSA CRJ-700 AA midair collision

Oh well. I guess someone tried. Thoughts and prayers.

Every Republican and 1 Dem voted against it. Get what you vote for.

“the bill needed a two-thirds majority to pass, and it fell one vote short”

Sounds like a traitor alone Dem. Who was it and why?

Lizzie Fletcher of Texas. She claims she voted against the Rotor Act because it was too narrow and instead supports the ALERT Act which has more NTSB recommendations in it.

As well as not wanting to give the impression of a functioning Congress passing bills normally under suspension, too.

This is making the rounds, but it doesn't sound real to me. It sounds like flight simmers effing around. There's too much dynamic range in the audio, and the static sounds like white noise, not AM radio.

I could be wrong.
Kinda ballsy to be doing it on ground but the fact that it happens on 121.5 in what’s supposed to be a professional environment is bizarre. Some are probably the same individuals that’ll complain about wanting to be compensated and treated like professionals during negotiations but don’t act like it.

How is this a headline? Did the journalist just discover guard?

At least we're past the "let's go Brandon" phase of guard shenanigans.
