PSA announces PHL and ORF crew domiciles

@EDUC8-or Not a dick at all. You were fair and you even got a good laugh at my big dumb moment in the sim. I think the last time I saw you, you were DCA based. Or least that is where I saw you. Looks like the Bus or 737 in LGA or LAX for me. If I can think of any questions I will shoot you a message.

I've never worked for the Beagle, but my commute used to be plagued by 140s. In my experience the 140 could usually take me up front on a VFR day. A lot of the time I'd offer to count the number of gate checks going down the jet bridge so the gate agent could call ops early enough to get the weight restriction lifted. If the 140 is carrying alternate fuel you're going to be finding another way home.

Every Cherokee 140 I’ve flown has been underpowered so probably not.

Well.....American Eagle does fly the 190 in PHL.

I know the used to not be able to, pretty much none of the E145 family could take 50 and a jump whenever there was an alternate. However, I know about 10 years ago most of the E145s got a weight mod that alleviated most of that problem, not sure if the desert rat 140s got it though.

There was a (short) period of time, right after Republic got the 170s from MidTitanic where they were correcting ATC when they were called an RJ and saying they were a "TJ" or Transitional Jet.

Never heard TJ before. I do remember people getting upset if they were called an RJ.

I love doing that when I’m given instructions to follow a Delta 717, “Okay following the Delta RJ”. 60% of the time it gets a response every time.
