It's weird. The salaries on a lot of those jobs have gone down since 2013.

Yeah, I am getting nearer to the high side of the category. Now I can't use this to negotiate a higher rate!

91 King Air 200 FO. The only close segment is the charter King Air FO

It is a shame it does not get more specific in a number of ways... We fly two planes and holding a position in management isn't addressed very well either

Yeah there are a lot of variables. This at least gives me a baseline to go off of.

The spectrum is really "They don't pay enough for those duties and responsibilities." To "Can you believe they get paid ______ for that job."

It is a good survey if you are just a pilot or have the CP or DO title, otherwise it is skewed. There are a few pilots I know that can not use this survey because they only fly 20-50 hours a year for their owner, may have duties not addressed or fly equipment that isn't listed, which makes it difficult to extrapolate a realistic compensation package.
