Unfortunately, the GA helicopter industry is very fragmented and is increasingly driven by relatively high operating and insurance cost. Larger operators can offer marginally lower prices due to reduced insurance premiums, economies of scale, pay up front block rates and agreements with student loan lenders. However those tend to be the professional training schools. Good luck.
