Power settings - King Air

Can someone with experience in the King Air 200 give me some memorized power settings for different approach configurations that work well for the aircraft? I've kind of been doing it by feel, and it's not working for me. I always seem to be having to tweak things on approach. I just want to be able to set the power for the glideslope, with gear/approach flaps, and get a good constant 140 knots. My problem is most likely just inexperience and trying to over control the aircraft. Any tips would help.
 
How long of a runway do you guys typically go into. There are two King Air 200s based at a local airport here that has a 3600 foot runway.
 
140 kts for approach is fine and is what we usually use. It will slow down very quickly if you need it to (which helps going into big airports).

We always shoot for blue line or better until landing is assured.

I want to say we use around 600-800 ft/lbs of torque and that usually gets us at about blue line with the props full forward. Not completely sure about the power settings, but I think it's pretty close. Never really paid that much attention to it.

For landing, start pulling power out at about 200 feet to start inching towards ref. At ten feet, pull all but a little bit of power out. If you land with a little bit of power in the KA200, more often than not you'll get a nice smooth roller on.

Are you landing with props full forward or do you have them back at 1700?

We land with props at 1700, and put them forward at touch down. So you think 600-800 ft/lbs would be a good setting for gear down/approach flaps on a precision approach to get that speed?
 
Yeah that sounds about right we do the same here with around 600-800 and 1700 RPM until rollout.
