Power 90

Just started today. It's P90x the first generation. Figured I'd start there as work up to power 90 extreme (p90x).

Still gave me a whoopin on day 1.
Anyone else try this yet?
Just finished this last week. Same thoughts, move up to X after. I found cardio 3/4 is too easy after the first few weeks. For the last month I did the first 3 rounds and then jumped on the staionary bike instead of kicking punching, kept heart rate higher. I liked strength 3/4.

Been doing an hour on the bike and strength while I decide on 90x.
