Possible problem with Bose A20

This is a question to anyone using the Bose A20. I've had my set for 2 weeks and might have a problem with it. I'm not sure if it is just me, but it feels like my ears get plugged when I turn on the ANR. This didn't happen with the bose x. I'm not sure if I'm just have a weird ear thing going on right now, or if the more powerful ANR messes with the pressure in your inner ear. I know it sounds crazy... I just wanted to know if anyone has had a similar experience.
 
Is it like a pulsing?

I've had that happen with my X in a twin, I kept trying to adjust the props until I realized the ANR was off.
 
Just pressure. It feels like they are plugged. And I have to forcefully clear my ears every time I change alt. Im hoping it is just a sinus thing that will clear up. I paid too much for this headset to no agree with me!
 
Go see your PCP and have your ear canals irrigated. You'd be surprised how much gunk your "clean" ears have up in there. Might clear up your problem.
 
Rince your ear canals with warm lemon juice, let it dry, then a drop of almond oil, gently massage your ear, it soothes and cleans your ear drum. That's an old scuba recipe and it works great.

Thanks, I will give that a try. I'm up for anything at the moment. I'm trying really hard not to go to the doctor. It is touch when your employer won't provide health insurance.

That was the advice that one of the other pilots at my flight school gave me. I did some reading on it, and there is a lot of people/doctors saying that it is a hoax. I haven't done it myself, but I'm weary to try it.
 
You could also go to a Walgreens or Sav-On quick care clinic and get your ears irrigated for like $40 with no insurance.

Hey man you just bought the new Bose headset (and it seems you had the old one too) and your are worried about paying for the doctor????? You don`t joke with your ears go to a Doctor!!!!

Mine does the same thing sometimes. Mostly in the right ear. It feels like pressure down into your ear like you described. It has only happened a few times though. I haven't figured out what causes it? I wonder if it is the ANR? The one I use is airplane powered. We have already shipped one A20 back for warranty because the ANR was going in and out. The thing was fresh out of the box with only probably 5 hours on it. We are also having bluetooth pairing issues with the moto droid.
