Hey everyone,
First post here. just wanted to get some opinions from people who are in the business. I'm currently 27, married without kids, and considering a career change as a pilot. I've held a government job for 6 years now. I no longer enjoy my job and dread going into work. I've wanted to become a pilot ever since I was a young kid. I currently have about 25 hours towards my private license but stopped because I had some other expenses to take care of. Am I completely crazy for even considering this? A couple things that worry me are the pay cut, lack of stability, and losing my retirement. Thanks in advance for any help or advice you can offer.
