pop ups?

Hey Dough,

Surfing JC at work today (internet explorer) and I've gotten a couple of blocked pop-ups. They don't happen all the time, once when reading the early bird registration thread, another with the skywest/asa/xjet merger and some random thread in the lav, but it doesn't happen every time in those threads, nor does it happen with every thread.

I'm not allowed to disable my popup blocker at work, so I can't see what is actually trying to come up, but I figured you might want to know in case it's something that JC isn't supposed to be doing.

I thought it was just me!

I too had some pop-ups get past my pop-up blocker, but my ad blocker suppressed the content.

I thought initially I had a private message, which is when I usually get the "pop-up blocked" message on my browser, but I was shocked that there was no PM but there was a pop-up that delayed a few seconds later, the content of which was suppressed because it wasn't from JC (something like "servedbyadvertising" or something like that).

I'll keep an eye out for it now that I know I'm not the only one!

Nah, it's vbulletin + vbseo, but I think I've rectified it by uploading the most recent software. It always happens when I've got to go back to the airport!
