does time in an aircraft on floats with wheels in them count as complex time? What about in a Lake? (the aircraft)

I am no expert in the FAR's, but reading this, I would say a seaplane is complex. my .01 cent worth.

I guess I was making that assumption. The earlier question was whether or not the landing gear/floats had anything to do with the complex issue and that's what I was vaguely trying to answer. Oh well, it's late and I'm at work. T - 4:45:00 and counting...... /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/spin2.gif
