anyone know what this part of the remarks section in a pirep mean?

RM ZFW AWC-WEBKZFW

AWC is the online Aviation Weather Center

I'd hazard a guess that it's more "WEB KZFW", but I'm not sure about the WEB reference.

AWC in the remarks section of a PIREP refers to a "skyspotter"-A skyspotter has specialized training in analyzing weather conditions and skyspotter pireps can be given more vailidity because of it.

Web are the observers initials, kzfw is the station or base, Just like an observer corrected taf or metar
