Not nearly as good as those absolutely ridiculous letters they include with that propaganda they send us. What am I, some idiot 5 year old??? They're almost as poorly written as the United arrival announcements. It's degrading.

Heh, welcome to the letter extravaganza. We got one where the world "Airline" in Pinnacle Airlines was mispelled. Nice.
They also like to send us letters via FedEx on a Saturday telling us how they can't afford to give us the pay we're asking for. Maybe if they didn't FedEx over 1200 letters on a Saturday, they COULD.
