Pilot Shortage!

Poop sandwiches of the variety we’ve been force-fed for the last four years should be described as such.
My point exactly. They have the person they want in the White House. They hold both houses of Congress. They are ramming through their agenda with lighting speed. They should be ecstatic. Yet, all they can do is complain about the last four years. As I say, they're not happy until you're not happy.

That's because a lot of damage has been done and people are still questioning the legitimacy of a legit election. States are making voting laws aimed at suppressing the vote of people because the former president has delegitimized the process with false allegations.

Let's say the Republicans win back the majority on the Senate and Congress. There will be cries of widespread voter suppression. If the Democrats win? There will be cries of voter fraud. This is not good for our Democracy.

Don’t bother responding to QX. He likes to throw a grenade in the middle of the room, then grab his popcorn as the “libbies“ heads explode.

I'm really not sure what "pilot shortage" trolling posts accomplish on JC, or, in fact, any other US-centric pilot forum. I think even the newbs are sufficiently jaded to just roll their eyes at any such attempt.

If you're looking for entertainment, you should try this over at PPRUNE, and just watch the absurd, MPL/"self-funded training scheme" justifications lather up in a foamy, self-righteous frenzy. It's like stepping on an ant hill.

Any brief reading of a late 80s flying magazine shows the golden age of flight school hucksterism, albeit without the semi-creepy line art of the 60s versions.
Didn't work out so well for a bunch of people in the 90s airline downturn either.

I mean they're probably ok now after the bankruptcy and the divorce and the rehab and the new job at Walmart and such ... and whatever they ended up doing for a living.

The waves are fun to watch sitting on the dock with a beer. Careful the undertow kids. Lol

I completely agree. This is why we need to ensure open and transparent elections. That was the main motivation for the lawsuits. They weren't about overturning an election result. They were about ensuring that election law and protocols had been complied with.

If that was true (spoiler alert: it's not), why were lawsuits only filed in places where Trump lost?

Why would you sue anyone that agrees with you? Has Trump actually filed a lawsuit or have all of these lawsuits actually been filed by citizens? There's still a huge portion of our population questioning the validity of the election and Biden pushing through an unprecedented number of executive orders is making some people uneasy. I'd like someone here to explain why the Capitol has what looks like permanent fencing and the National Guard protecting it. The news doesn't talk about it but it's there. Why? What are they afraid of?

So you are saying that every state Trump won had implemented procedures that ensured all election laws and protocols had been complied with (compared to the states he lost)?

Has Trump actually filed a lawsuit or have all of these lawsuits actually been filed by citizens?

The last tally I saw said about 80% of the 70+ lawsuits filed were done so by the Trump organization.

There's a large percentage of the population that believes in Bigfoot. And were these people uneasy when Trump pushed through 24 executive orders in his first 100 days, or are they just uneasy because the other guy is doing it?

Where were you in January?

Sighing noise. Every election from this point on better be be absolutely transparent with no anomalies.

Is that the same as the clinton organization?

Joe's pushed through over 40 in probably the same amount of time, some seem to contradict your constitutional rights, if you care or take the time. I doubt there's a Bigfoot, but I'm pretty sure there's a @BobDDuck.
