Pilot payment frequency

At Northwest, every two weeks. One is hours only and the other is hours plus the per diem and other things for the month. I do not know about other airlines.
 
We used to get paid monthly, always a week late.

Then the company went broke, told us all last week, so now out of a job. Gotta love this industry.
 
I think for the last three months at the flight school I worked at, my paycheck bounced. The chief pilot/owner would always apologize and pay the fees, but that wasn't the point!
 
As a flight instructor... Once a month, which included pay for that month and bonuses from the previous month for each checkride pass.

As an FO... Twice a month. 1st and the 15th. The 15th includes extra pay including per-diem.
