Prior to my frontier interview I read loads of gouge. It's an all day event and they keep you all together. They have volunteer pilots hang out with you just to speak with and to watch us. One of the biggest pieces of gouge was "do not take out your phone while hanging out."
Morning of the interview we all pile into the lobby of HQ. There's 13 of us. They lead us in to the break room where we'll all hang out for the day. That's when one gentleman who has his iPad out asks very loudly over the group "can I get the wifi password for my iPad?" The HR lady looks at him and says "no." The rest of us all look around thinking the same thing, I'm sure, that at least one of us is already going to get a TBNT.
The end of a very tiring day finishes out and they call 11 names to follow them to another conference room. iPad guy and another candidate are not called.
We sit down in the new conference room, all hoping that this is the "welcome to the family!" speech. It wasn't. We were all thanks for our time and then led to the exit.
iPad guy received a CJO.
