Pilot Interview

What kind of questions will they ask at the pilot interview (besides technical)? Problem solving? Aptitude, hobbies, risk management, communication skills????

Please help.........

People always say "Just be yourself". But will being too much "Just be myself" can lead to over expose my down side?!?! For example........."not mature enough"?
