Ooooh - Another reminder of why I shouldn't start jumping again: A malfunctioning reserve that can't be cut away.A reserve chute went off at the door and got tangled up in the tail then the jumper took the main rig down. The plane was flyable enough to descend and position for the crash but not land-able. (from the pilot's facebook page)
I don't log takeoffs. But I do have lots more take offs than landings. Every leg we expect a CAT II approach I take off and the CPT lands.And how will you explain the Takeoff's and Landings not being the same in the log book.....? ;-)
