Nh has some of the lowest tax rates in NE. There is no income or sales tax, no state, no medical, sui etc. a 250k home in londonderry will run you 1500-2k a year...

You really don't know if you made the right career decisions until you retire.

Isn't that the truth. I went with my 3rd choice. After pay cuts, furloughs, bankruptcies, loss of pensions, upstart airlines, it turned out when I retired I had made the right choice. Pure luck.
