Pilot Business Cards

CFIT99

I'm probably commenting ironically...
I recently ran into a situation where we were exchanging info while on a layover in Detroit and I didn't have a business card (kind embarrasing but more frustrating).

So a few questions:
- Does any pilots have them?
- If so where is a good place to get them?
- What specific info (besides the obvious) is good to put on there?

as always witty/sarcastic comments are welcom...

Vistaprint usually runs business card specials something like 250 cards for $10

Hey buddy, check ur spelling! Lol... U know i gotta give u crap...
I like the idea of the flightplan on the back of the business card, but I also got mine from vistaprint. When i got them they were free for 250, just paid shipping.

Mine has blue cloudy background, silhouette of an airplane, services I offer. Back has the da Vinci quote and my web site address. I'm pretty happy with it, get good comments on it. It took me probably an hour of messing around in GIMP to make it, mostly messing with fonts and colors. I got a few hundred printed on high gloss cards for pretty cheap. I pin them up on bulletin boards and some of my students take them and hand them out, one particular student has probably handed out two dozen for me in the past few months. I've gotten calls from people who said "yeah I picked up your card"... so it was well worth the little time and money I've put into them.

My market is mostly recreational primary students, it would be a different format if I were just using it as a networking card as a corporate or airline pilot.

My airline provides all pilot with their own business cards. We also get a free TravelPro 22" rollaboard, a lunch tote/laptop bag that goes with it, plastic crew tags with our names on them in black stencil. :)
