PHX Tower

Could anyone who has experience or knows someone at the Phoenix Tower tell me what life is like there? I.E. complexity of airspace, level of difficulty in general, how many days they're working, where they are in regards to staffing, or anything else that might be useful. I would really appreciate it!!

I've been trying to get a tour of the new tower as well, but always a schedule conflict.
