Headset is immaterial but make sure your watch face is at least 96% of the width of your wrist.

yes because everyone is IFR, right? visual separation is only used between VFR aircraft, or a VFR and an IFR, or 2 IFR's on a visual approach.

And to climb, and descend, and to turn, and to follow your company traffic, who's following company traffic, who's following the company traffic ahead - who is cleared for the ILS, etc etc
