Permanent CFI certificate

I just got my permanent CFI certificate last night. And I think I have a problem. On the back where it says valid only with pilot certificate no.: xxxx the "xxxx" is the wrong number. It's not the same as my pilot certificate number. Any ideas on who I should call? Maybe the FSDO?

Just got off the phone with the folks in Oklahoma. They "forgot" to issue me a new Commercial certificate. It should be here in a few weeks.

Or maybe they forgot to wear their "pieces of flair" the day they were doing my certificates ...

MMmmm yeah .... I'm gonna need the TPS report .. mmmkay ... yeah ......
