Perforated ear drum

I have a hole in my left ear drum. I have suffered no hearing loss because of it. The only issue I have is that I have to wear ear plugs when I swim. I fly several times a year and it causes me no issues there. I'm applying for an ATC position and was wondering if this will somehow prevent me from passing a medical.
 
I have ruptured both of my eardrums on more than one occasion and hold a first class medical. The most recent was one eardrum in 2006 while the other two were when I was much younger.

Did it heal perforated still or was it perforated at one time and is now just scar tissue?

I belive it ruptured when I was young and never healed properly. But since the only time it's ever been an isue is when I swim without plugs, it really hasn't been a problem.
