Greetings everyone- could someone advise what is best/difference in going PEPC or Non-PEPC ? I have briefly read on other blogs that going Non-PEPC moves quicker- Thanks!

There is someone in my class who went to the NY PEPC in February, was called a few days later to come to OKC.....we PV in 2 weeks. That is the fastest I've seen
