I'm wondering, for anyone's who's made it to a PEPC, whether you have to give them transcripts during this process. My college grades were not the best, and if they're going to use them evaluatively, that's something I ought to know ahead of time... Does anyone know?

I'm wondering, for anyone's who's made it to a PEPC, whether you have to give them transcripts during this process. My college grades were not the best, and if they're going to use them evaluatively, that's something I ought to know ahead of time... Does anyone know?

I emailed David Traynor, HR Specialist at the Aviation Careers Division about this and he said that as long as they receive your transcript by the time you start at the academy it's fine.

Can anyone else confirm?

I'm assuming (not based on any facts that I know about) that transcripts are used to verify the number of years of schooling you've completed if you're using that as a criterion for the years of education/work experience requirements.

I didnt see it in the original breakdown....Do you have a separate security interview? (aside from the interview where the list of questions are asked) Or is it all done with one person?

From what I understand from HR is that you have an interview with a facility manager. If there are any concerns about you SF85/86 then you go to a private room with a different person and explain. After your TOL if the OPM finds anything thing that raises a red flag then they will meet with you personally. According to the OPM office, if you require a secret clearance more than likely you will be interviewed by an OPM investigator rather or not you have any red flags.

that's a safe bet.
I seem to remember I was in about 1145 and out by 1730

Mine was almost 8 hours long.
