I tried to find payscales for similar operators online and was unable to find any. I figured Miami Air, maybe the old Pace (Hooters), etc would be on par.

Wish I could tell you. It's at least two generations behind with regard to technology, it's noisy, uncomfortable, and the VNAV on it is atrocious (won't stay in path and doesn't give you any warning when it decides to abandon the path).

Sad to say it but of all of the jets I've flown it's the least impressive. Tough machine though. Takes a lot of abuse.
