Pending change to MilComp CFI

Hopefully it's for the better and not for the worse (as I fear).

Did they ever re-write the official paperwork to codify the change which makes it so IPs who have only instructed in CL-thrust restricted aircraft won't be issued the MEI?

Not that I'm aware of. I believe it's all still being done via memo for record.
