Penair ends non-EAS Portland flying

I don't have a degree, so VX/AS are out currently. But i am exploring options. JC has been an amazing help so far.

Does VX require a degree now? I know they didn't require it previously, though it was heavily preferred. Are you close to a degree? There are some relatively cheap options such as California Coast or Western Governers University to get that degree finished. Granted that can take up to a few years, depending on how many credits you already have that will transfer.

They do now that Alaska has taken over. I need to look and see how close I am to getting it.

Yea unfortunately. I was in the June 2016 class and it was the last one to have a non-degree'd dude in it (not me). They raised the mins to Alaska's, 3000TT and degree. Also just heard the suits and ties are back in for the interview...le sigh
