Normal post-peak afterglow wearing off, loads starting to tick back up. Still not full very often, but employment looks reasonably secure, from what I can tell.

From what I've observed, AMF is steadily hiring with very little attrition. And the people who are leaving are not getting out of flying, they're just moving up in the industry.
