At XJT we're on the top of the reserve list. I've been hounding them on what kind of leave I'll be going on, and only know that it will be unpaid, and did hear possible termination as well.

ASA MEC signed an MOU with Company last month.
MOU 87 establishes a process to help these pilots’s flight time increase to at least 1,500 flight hours prior to the August 2, 2013 deadline established by Public Law 111-216. Elements of MOU 87 Include:
Low-Time Pilots will be permitted to:
To roll his/her vacation to a later available date in 2013, to roll the vacation to the following year and re-bid the periods, or be paid in lieu of the vacation period.
Pick up pilot-posted trip(s) or portion of a trip(s) drop.
Crew scheduling may assign a pilot-posted trip or portion of a dropped trip(s) to a Low Time Pilot.
The Company will also be able to assign open-time trips to Low Time pilots 3-days prior to the report time of the trip.
Regular pilots can also contact <email withheld> at anytime to volunteer their trip(s), but no later than 12:00pm three days prior to duty in.
If the company utilizes a regular pilot’s volunteered trips, the pilot may be reassigned a trip which falls within the footprint of the original trip up until 12:00pm the day prior to the start of the original footprint of their trip. Should the regular pilot not be reassigned prior to 12:00pm the day prior the regular pilot is released.
If the pilot is reassigned, he will not be treated as a reserve pilot and will only be reassigned in accordance with 13K.2 and 3. Regular pilots participating by volunteering their trips will be pay protected for the original credit value of the dropped trip(s).
