You don't exactly "get" dental and health insurance. You can buy group plans through the company and they are deducted from your pay (if any). The company also offers a 401k with matching funds, but there is a 5-year vesting period for the matching.
Additionally, if you come in with experience, the pay is $15 per hour. Of course, FSI is not currently hiring from the outside. I think that there may be a raise if you become a check airman.

I'm assuming the CFIs who are on the waiting list are for the most part out there instructing and building time, so I wonder if they'll get $15 when they return. How much experience warrants that raise I wonder.
