Passenger arrested after exposing himself!

Smooth...Punching the girl next to you usually doesnt get you an invitation to the mile high club...
 
So he's potentially facing:

  • criminal charges for interfering with the crew
  • criminal charges for assault (or battery?)
  • criminal charges for being a nudie
  • civil claims from Southwest
  • civil claims from the punched
  • civil claims from other jackhole passengers who witnessed it
Bonus points for anyone who can think of additional costs.

Must be something in the atmosphere. There have been a couple of NYC pervs providing this kind of "entertainment" on the subways the last couple of weeks. :crazy:

Its nothing to do with Black people. Its Oakland in general. I flew into OAK just one time for some pattern work with my CFI. Pattern alt. is only 600feet for 27L so you can see everything below you nice and clearly. The base leg brought me right over a shady area of Oakland. One time around the pattern I notice a bunch of guys talking in the middle of the street. The next time around they're all beating the crap out of eachother. I was laughing so hard I almost forgot to turn final and got an anxious ATC call. Man, only in Oakland...

Just remember that it's a proven statistic that white suburban gangs tend to roll harder and grimier than some inner city black/hispanic gangs.

Cause you know being born with a silver spoon in your mouth, and getting a new BMW for your 16th b-day is bad. So therefore to prove they're "hardness" and supposed street cred they have to roll twice as hard.
