Passed the test...

I hope so, but I am nervous about anything 'foreign' that might go into her body. (Yep, I'm one of THOSE people - I can just picture an arm growing out of the little kids forehead because some drug company said, oh... yes... that is totally safe) She has a lot of allergies to medications - and a history of bad migraines - so I think that we are in for a rough ride for at least the next month or so.

I think you have to be careful to interject your fears/opinions on your pregnant wife - Zofran is proven incredibly safe during pregnancy. The vast majority of women pound them like tic tacs, and it provides them much relief. If your wife is that sick she is at risk for acute renal failure which have had some pregnant women on hemodailysasis.

Don't make your wife suffer - find a doctor you trust and let them guide you!

I think he said in the first post that she's allergic to Zofran.

I'm not familiar with anti-nausea medicines, never having needed them, but are there other options?

I read it as she had a number of allergies to medication not zofran in particular. Only person I never gave it to was a lady with long Q-T, apart from that I have never seen or heard of people having problems with it.

She had her tonsils out last year and the doc gave it to her during the recovery... she had a pretty severe allergic reaction. We are quite bummed, because everyone is recommending it. We are waiting for our doc to get back to us with other options.
