With this so called Pilot Shortage getting lots of buzz, what are the odds that regional airlines would consider to hire qualified ATP Pilots that would only want to work part time?

Wouldn't happen.

Part time lines would likely go very senior.

Otherwise, it'd be a pipe-dream in a seniority based environment.
