Part time in Dallas?

Does any body know of any places around the DFW area that are hiring CFI/CFII's on a part time basis...I can dedicate 20-40 hours per week,,,but only after 4pm on the weekdays, but all day on the weekends. Any thoughts? Leads?

Are you doing the AA internship by chance? One of my buddies is down there this summer working at Aviator Air in Grand Prarie, TX (KGPM) and doing the AA thing. He flight instructs after 4pm on weekdays and all day on the weekends.

I used to flight instruct there, I was full time but they do have part time instructors. It is a pretty good flight school, very laid back.

I've heard that just about everyone desperately needs instructors - I know Skymates (KGKY) and Monarch (KADS) both do. The weather in DFW has been so monmumentally awful for a week and a half (and it's forecasted into next week) that you can likely count on a lot of WX cancellations, at least for the next couple weeks.

We're soaked here, and we're tired of it.

yeah no kidding. When I flew in to DFW last week for my meeting with my new manager, We came in over grapevine and there was some pretty nasty flooding over there. Then on the way back out my flight back to LAX was delayed 7 hours. After about 4hours of gum chewing, I started simply walking the terminal. I became something akin to "The Lonely Ghost of Gate C35..no wait...C30...nope...C28....A24....C39 screw it...the lonely ghost of Terminal C":banghead:

Nope. I'm an Aviation Insurance Underwriter. Basically, I insure Falcon X's and GV's all day. I'm transferfing to Dallas because I threatend to quit if i didn't leave LA ,like, yesterday.

Highway 114 (runs east-west between DFW and, roughly, Texas Stadium) was completely closed due to flooding yesterday morning.

There was actual sunlight yesterday afternoon and today it hasn't rained yet. Looks like it might be decent.

We might just be coming out of it. Dunno, though.

Out of curiosity, what is a Falcon X? Do you mean DX or EX?

I got monsooned on out here in fort worth about an hour ago.
 
I'm kind of hesitant to blindly send my resume to an unkown company. Do you have a company name or website for aditional information?
