This is an excellent opportunity for a conscientious, personable, and professional pilot to join an excellent flight department during a period of growth. Pilots with a G200 type rating are encouraged to apply, though experience on this aircraft is NOT necessary.</div><div> </div><div>Responsibilities:</div><div> </div><div><ul><li>Works with Boyd Gaming Corporation to maintain a culture of safety with efficient procedures that support customer service.</li><li>Directs the activities of the First Officer ensuring that flight crewmembers understand fully and completely what duties they are expected to perform.</li><li>Makes decisions as necessary to the start, delay or cancellation of the flight, or deviation from a planned destination when operating conditions dictate.</li><li>Prepares or supervises preparation of flight plan considering such factors as altitude, terrain, weather range, weight, cruise control data, airport facilities, and navigational aids.</li><li>Responsible for scheduling crew hotels and transportation, as necessary.</li><li>Performs tasks associated with operating the aircraft while away from home base.</li><li>Ensures that a flight plan or other authorized flight location procedures are followed on each flight.</li><li>Reports known or suspected FAA violations or incidents promptly for the Director of Flight Operations/Chief Pilot.</li><li>Ensures required passenger ground handling and transportation in place.</li><li>Completes relevant trip paperwork at the conclusion of the flight.</li></ul></div>
