Part 91-135 Flight Planners

Trying to get a sense of the general feeling of pilots regarding the quality of the flight plans that you are receiving from your current providers. Specifically, flight plans outside of Central/South America and the Caribbean. Do you feel that the providers out there give you a good flight plan that you can absolutely trust for Oceanic, European, Middle East, and Asia flying?

We use ARINC for domestic and Jepp for International (world wide ops). Happy with both.
